Compare the complete window Uw value, glazing, frame, spacer and installation connection. A PHI certificate applies to the component and configuration identified in the certificate; it does not certify every window variant or the whole production line. Ask for the current certificate and check that it matches the offered product and climate zone.

Ask for Uw for the actual window dimensions and configuration. Ug describes the glazing; it is not the Uw value of the complete window. Profile depth, insulation inserts, reinforcement, seals and glazing must match the selected system documentation. Confirm the scope of any PHI certificate for the ordered variant.
